Salted Wood

This is one of the first macros I have taken with my iPhone 5 and the Ollo clip and it is of my longboard deck. The board close up looks almost like salted wood, but in person it looks like a waxed surfaced. Pretty crazy how much detail the macro lens picks up.

I had sold my Ollo Clip for iPhone 4/4S when I upgraded to an iPhone5. I have missed using this thing! Besides this lens, there is a Wide Angle and Fisheye lens. I will post some of those at some point. Maybe even some comparisons of with and without the lens.

    Thats legitimately fascinating how it looks like that. You should do a comparison series. Where it’s a photo of a large item taken regular style and then macro. Would be quite interesting.
